One question I got some food for my Miko today and instead of ground turkey I got her turkey breast cutlets. I cut the up into manageable pieces and she downed them. Has anyone tried this and what other kind of meats have u tried?

Thanks that's what I have now Eco earth. Is it normal for my girl Miko to go into her enclosure and kind of pushup the dirt on the front and wall herself in? Is she trying to tell me something or is this normal behavior?

Thanks guys ya I dug around today and didn't notice a poop but I have seen her pee in there. Weird but cool shows the intelligence of the tegu she wants her house clean. I've ha Miko my b&w tegu for about 4 weeks she's two and a half years old. I've only seen her urate 3-4 times and poop once really big and stinky in the tub two days after I got her. I feed her 3-4 times a week and she has good heat how often should she be pooing? I only see her doing her...
6ft x 2 ft x 2 ft is too small for one female really form all the research I did it seemed great? Het heat is 95-105 on the hot end and 80-85 on the cool end. Could this be lack of attention if I keep working with her and am patient this cage aggression should go away right? Have you heard of it...

She is a custom 6x2x2 that I built it's really big. But she was in a smaller one with her previous owner and had to share it with a bigger older female that she does have scars for fighting with.
