Im looking into buying a blue tegu and was hoping to see if anyone could tell me if this is a blue so I dont get scammed thx.

Hard to tell for sure from that picture, looks more bnw to me. But blues and bnw are both merianae so?

That is most definitely an argentine B&W.

From what I've seen, people like to advertise argentine B&Ws as blue gus just as much as people like to advertise colombians as argentines to the unaware buyer.
