vitamins

so my tegu is about 5 or 6 months old i think (don't really know for sure) but he is definitely under a year. what type of vitamins(if any?) should i put in his food?

1 teaspoon of COD liver oil once a week in his ground turkey or whatever you feed. And if you do crickets or superworms or w.e you can dust them with calcium. Other than that supplements are not needed and I dont believe in them. Bobby will tell you the same.
