I've had good luck finding active forums for my chameleon and tegu (obviously) but I'm having trouble finding a good pyxie frog forum or a large frog/amphibian forum. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

You might try Kingsnake.com if you haven't already. Go to classified ads for frogs and you will see above various forums. Good luck.
