Baby red tegu poop issue

Hi i have a baby red tegu he is about 3 weeks old and eats great and is active but i havent seen poop for about 2.5-3 days but i find urates in there, i can home today and he looked skinnier like he would have pooped but i could not find anything but a urate his basking temp is 110 cool side is 83 and 65-70 percent humity he is about 10.5 inches long and is in a 40 breeder and is on eco earth with a new uvb bulb and everything, he drink a lot of water and i soak him everyday but i have inly been seeing urates for the past 3 days and im woundering whats going on, any help?

Maybe leave him alone for a few hours? He may be burying him Poo. My little guy does that. He has a poop burrow and a sleeping one. It's pretty interesting

Mine is also in a shed so that could be affecting it

Perhaps. He should be fine unless he starts getting skinny

I think he'll be alright. Just watch out for bloating
