Blue spots on head?

i just noticed these today. Is this normal??
On the left side in the picture he’s got one by his right eye and nostril.

Retained scales maybe but the large scale near the top of the nose looks dried or slightly rotted from to much wetness maybe

The larger dried spot on his nose was there when I got him. His cage is not wet at all. I only mist it in the morning. So it’s defiantly not from that. I always thought it was a wound that healed up.
