Cod Fish Oil w/ Lemon flavoring - Dangerous?

I ordered some cod fish oil off of amazon and drizzled some on a rat to feed my red tegu. I noticed after the fact that it has "natural lemon flavoring". I do not plan on using it again but was wondering if this was dangerous for the lizard. It has been several hours and he seems totally fine, but I know citrus is generally not recommended.

Thanks

I would hope that in such a small amount it would be okay, but yeah I wouldn't use it again. I've actually seen keepers feed their tegus orange slices and claim it was normal - drove me crazy honestly. But point is I think you need a decent amount of citrus to start seeing those ill effects, so hopefully it shouldn't be problematic
