I went to the vet and got my tegu treated for mouth rot a while ago, it never fully head to normal but it didn't look like it was getting any worse, I went to check on him today and this white bump has showed up

Welcome to the forum! Looks like his mouth needs to be rinsed out? are you able to put some neosporin on it and get him back to the vet?
