Help (Tongue sticking out)

His tongue has been sticking out like this for 3 days now I’ve only had him for a week any thoughts on what it can be he’s constantly resting won’t open his mouth

Drinking a little bit but not eating atm

He needs to go see a good reptile vet. You can find out what's going on with the tongue and its a good idea to get new animals a checkup, maybe even have him chipped.

Has he flicked it or anything? Try giving him a warm soak for 1/2 hr to make sure he is good and hydrated. Then try feeding him alittle ground turkey. Maybe he is dehydrated? What are your temps & humidity? anythin
