So up until about the middle of August I could pretty much count on Bender my 1.5 year old male always being awake and basking around 12:00p.
Since then I barely see him up. I know he moves around his enclosure because things will be knocked over or moved around, but I rarely see him. So I have started dropping temps and shortening his light cycle, however, just out of curiosity I went to check on him around 2am one morning and he was up on his basking pad and hungry as hell (came charging at me and mouthed my finger before realizing it wasn't food). Is he hibernating or just slowing down?
