How do you deal with courtship behaviour

Since coming out of hypernation our male 3 year old B&W has been very restless and seemingly frustruated. Thinking it might be some sort of courtship/mating behavior (he drags his bottomhalf behind him sometimes when he goes on walks around the house). He has also begun trying to climb the walls of the enclosure.
