I have a question. (water out her nose?)

New to tegu talk I find this site helpful. I have a question I went to take my 6 year old ABW tegu out of her enclosure yesterday and clear stuff came from her nose she was drinking water before I took her out. I don’t know if it was water or she is sick as anyone experienced this before?
