New here, lots of questions to come

Well I began posting before I even properly introduced myself, I'm not new to harping at all been at it for 7 years. Ive raised 17 turtles (currently have 13) and I have a bearded dragon
(Also a few non reptile pets). But tegus are new territory for me, I'm always reading up on them and studying, but I feel like there's never necessarily too much knowledge to be had. I'm looking to line my experience with solid know how and insight from my seniors in this hobby. Get used to seeing me, I have tons of questions. I'll always be willing to report back with what I find as well and look forward to helping others when I have the knowledge to share. Thanks to everyone whos been as helpful as they have you know who you guys are. Even the admin is in here with good info. This site is totally worth the time to get familiarized with, glad I found it.
Oh yeah and my 2 are a juvenile black and white Argentine tegu (very possibly wild caught) named betelgeuse a.k.a Guese and a baby red tegu who doesn't have a mane yet (I let the names come to me)

Welcome. Thanks for your honesty. One of them looks to be wild caught. The other red or red crossed?? Where'd the WC come from?

Ask away, a lot of experience here in keeping Argentines, Reds, Blues, Colombians, and mixes. You'll have much to share as well.

The wc looking guy (betelgeuse or beetlejuice if you prefer) came from cbreptile. They said captive bred in the description but I'm not so sure about that based on his behavior when he first showed up and he looked kinda skinny. Not unhealthy mind you just skinny like you'd expect from an animal living in the wild. Either way cb or wc he's awesome and he's already taming down super quick. All in all im very pleased with him.

That red has the CUTEST little face/snoot! congrats on the scale babies & welcome

Why thankyou, I'm certainly proud of them both and the little red one (nameless as of now)
Is really cool. It scares very easily but it's very sociable (until it sees something move too fast, or that looks too unfamiliar). It's taming down pretty quickly too, always super active (seriously always) and super curious to be so skittish. Can't wait to find out if it's a Male or female, I feel like that would make coming up with a name so much easier.
