New lighting and heating for my adult enclosure

Well Saphee has been growing like a weed and she is getting close to the point where I need to move her into the 6x3 grow tent enclosure I have for her. My concern is lighting and heating though. What's the typical lamp setup for the adult enclosure? I want to get bar lights so I can get her whole body without roasting any one part of her and not have a metric ton of cord coming out of the tank.
