I have a new, wild caught black and white tegu from TegusOnly. She is taming down pretty quickly and she’s really sweet. She let’s me pick her up, but she gets wiggly eventually. I don’t know if it’s a girl, but I’m guessing she. Her name is Nubbles because her tail is broken off and a little pink nub is at the end of it. It might grow back, but I like the name. On top of her head, Nubbles has a strip of sunken in, grey scales. I’ll include a picture. Is there anything to worry about? What happened to her?

Yeah, looks like mechanical damage only.

They get wiggly at some point and want to roam.
