Opening and closing mouth

my 2 year old Tegu started opening and closing his mouth. There is no discharge or bubbles, and his appetite is good. I took him to the vet 3 days ago and they treated him for lung worm. I haven't noticed any change.
Does anyone have any ideas?? He's going back to the vet next week.
