Overweight or healthy?

TY is 20 months old but is looking a little or a lot on the heavy side. What do you think?? Also, he's having trouble shedding...any advice would be greatly appreciated

They are normally big lizards, and for shedding try a bath and once he’s covered with water you can help him pull it off just do it slowly so you don’t hurt him. It rip the new skin.
