Sick / odd behavior

Hey y'all!
With the new laws in FL I've been working hard to get my baby tegu up to code. She got a mircrochip on Thursday the 16th and has been acting strange since then. I know she was stressed and expected some behavior changes but I think this is more than that.

Yesterday I fed her the usual meat mix she's been eating for months now along with some egg mixed in. She didn't poop after eating like she always does. I have her a warm bath in my tub and she was able to poop but it seemed quite uncomfortable for her but she did pass a healthy looking poop.

Today she didn't eat but did drink lots of water. Her belly looks quite swollen even without eating. She threw up while I was handling her -- it was foamy with no chunks. From what I understand that can happen after eating raw eggs if they eat too much when being handled. I found it odd because she didn't eat today.

I bathed her right afterwards and she didn't poop even though she looked like she needed too.

I'm very protective of my pets and this has me nervous. The vet said she was very healthy on Thursday.

Could this just be stress? Anything I can try between now and Monday when the vet opens? If she gets any worse I will take her to a 24hr hospital that has a reptile specialist before Monday. Her humidity is a little lower than I'd like. Normally it's between 65-75% but the last two days it's been in the 50-60 range.

I've worked very hard to mist every few hours and even put an extra water bowl under her heat lamps. Shes got 3 water bowls now instead of the usual 2.

Thanks y'all!

Offer her a small meal and watch her. Don't handle her. She may just be very stressed. If she doesn't rally in a few days or if she looks to be getting worse in some way, then get her to a vet.

After a few days of close attention and some bathing she's mostly back to normal. Shes not eating as much as usual but her poops are regular and her energy has returned. She doesn't want to be handled still but I can't blame her. I'll give her a few more days then hopefully she will be willing to cuddle once again.
