Soaking information?

When soaking a Tegu, how much water...how deep, temp, how long?

i soak 10-15 minutes or until the water gets too cold. I like to make the temp pretty warm but definitely not hot! my bathtub stays really cold and so as he soaks, the cold brings down the water temp, so i do try to get it pretty darn warm so that it doesnt cool down too fast. I usually fill up one end pretty deep so he could swim but leave the other end shallow enough that he doesnt have to be completely submerged if he doesnt want to be

I left Gus my tegus in the warm bath 30 min and he exploded there was so much skat I couldn't believe that one Tegu Could **** so much
In about 4 in of warm water and I ball up a towel at one end

Mine lays in his water bowl so I don't soak... Lol
