Hey everyone!
I recently received a Colombian Gold Tegu from someone who was looking to rehome. Our Tegu is named Luna, she is about 10 months old. I have been keeping snakes and other reptiles for over 20 years, however I am new to Tegu's. I've always wanted a Tegu, so I jumped at the chance to pick this one up.
We quickly discovered that Luna most likely has not been held much, if at all. She's a bit of lunatic, hence the name.
She's absolutely beautiful though and I hope to be able to tame her. I've made a thread on the Colombian page regarding enclosure help, so I don't currently have any pictures. I'll post some when I have them.
It's great to be a part of the community and thanks in advance for any advice!
