I have about a 10 month old blue tegu, he sleeps all the time. He weighs about a little less than a pound. The thing is, he is about 2 feet now. This definitely can't be right?
Length sounds good; weight is rather light, I think. What does he eat and how often? Does he get calcium regularly (once weekly) to help absorb the UVB light radiation? I'm assuming he has a good source of UVB rays, e.g. ZooMed Reptisun 10.0 about a foot or so above him, and heat lamp on one end so he's warm enough to use the calcium & D3 from the UVB and digest his food too. https://aces.illinois.edu/news/pet-reptiles-need-vitamin-d-and-calcium-bone-health -- more info on calcium and UVB.
