Weird spot after shedding. Burn?

My gu is mid shed right now and his back piece came off and has a weird burn looking spot under. Is this a burn? It wasn’t there until he shed and I’m unsure what it could be if not. He’s never had anything like this before. I touched it when giving him pets this morning and he didn’t seem bothered by me touching it. His humidity is between 75-85% and basking temp is 110 degrees.

Do try again on the pic, how old is your tegu, I believe I use a 80w for my tegu because he is so close to it (maybe 6 inches) but once he gets to his new tank I am going to change it to a 110w bulb.
