Hello! I finally saved up enough money to get my adorable lizard's enclosure, heating, lighting, and of course, a home made hide! He is a red argentine tegu that I got from a breeder here in Texas. Welcome Helena- Happy you joined this site because it has lots of useful information for care of tegus. Members will chime in at some point, but in the meantime, read over some of the many threads that might answer some of your questions.
