Ok next year my tegu will be about 2 year and ive read that tegu's can become aggresive around 1 1/2 to 2 years old.Is there anything I should be prepared for?

Its no guarantee a tegu will get agressive when going through puberty, only 1 out of 6 my tegus did, patience and repetition is the key to taming a tegu under any circumstance, at that age they can do some damage so thick gloves and long sleeves will be your best friend
