So this is going to be Arnold's thread. I didn't think I was going to take a crazy amount of pictures and freak out about his milestones, buuuut I was wrong! I posted an introductory thread about two weeks ago when we first got him. He is captive bred and such a sweetie so far! Of course he's skittish at times, but each day he gets more and more comfortable with us. My husband lets him free roam and explore in our family room, I really don't agree with that because it's too big of a space. Once he gets bigger I think it will be fine. Arnold has recently started coming to my hand on his own! I get so excited when he comes to just sit on my hand, and run on to the top of my head!! Well here's some pictures we have taken over the last two weeks.

Arnold! Lol. You are so lucky you can let him explore rooms. I have a full grown girl that I cant. It just kills me because I want her to roam with us a little each day. You see she seeks out cracks, like under a dishwasher, up inside a couch etc... and you cant get her out. She never just "walks around". And its weird, because shes so sweet and loves us so much.

I sure would like to know!!!!!!! At least for myself anyway. I know with Argentines, if its a blue or red or any type of cross you know it'd have to be captive bred. But just a black and white one? I'd think only the super high whites could you feel secure in the fact that it was captive bred. A Colombian? Are there Columbians running about Florida much? Does anyone know?

I'm doubtful of mine cause it came from a breeder in Tampa. It's an Argentine. Has a brilliant red underside. Why would I believe its captive bred? Well the guy it came from is indeed a breeder, and the lot he brought with him to a show to sell were all exactly the same age and size. However, all of the other ones were high whites (one was super high white). Then there was my girl. ::shrugging:: I don't know. And I'll always wonder if the other ones I passed up had different personalities in less likely to hide.
