cant possibly be a blue!

im no expert when it comes to tegus but i do know how to tell a blue from a b/w and there is no way this is a blue, or is it? am i wrong in assuming this is a high white b/w tegu? i figured dave or wil would know for sure, i mean this tegu has no tear drop or the burnt nose, besides that who lets their tegu free roam with screws scattered across the floor, thats a big red flag!
