I think it has been there a long time. Is it dangerous for his overall growth and health?

I think it's broken.. it bends all the way back ...

I'm not home, I'll post a pic tomorrow.

Basically when all of his toes (on his front left leg) are pointing down, this one (his middle finger) is pointing up and has a significant bend in it. It is definitely broken.

When I first got him (September), I dropped him on the ground because he suddenly jumped - that is what could've caused it but i never noticed it then, up until tonight.
Is there anything that should be done at this point?
