Help. (strange white patch)

my tegu has a strange white patch on him and its not gone after a shed i was woundering if anyone knows what it is or if its bad. please help

My tegu has the same thing and he has had it for awhile, I think it’s stuck shed but even though I have gave him a few baths, it still doesn’t go away so what I am going to attempt to do is keep his tank more humid and see what happen, I think it happens when you don’t keep the tank humid enough.
