My tegu is 18 years old and I heard a crack on the top of his tail and there seems to be a crack in his tail. Below is a picture. he doesn't appear to be in any pain. Will the tail reheal itself? Should I do anything to keep the trail straight so it heals properly. Do I have to worry about infection?
