I just rescued her along with what looks to be her mate. I am thinking she might be pregnant, she allows me to pet her and move her but doesn't allow me to pick her up and I've read that their breeding season is in summer. Is there anyway of knowing for sure ??

Unless the eggs are fully formed, in which case you'll feel ping pong balls in her, can be hard to tell without potentially urting her. At some point, she'll quit eating and become defensive. Nice looking tegu.
