New enclosure

Hey guys I need to build an enclosure. Haven't the foggiest as to where to start. I used to build pools and decks so I have construction, and carpentry experience; but I still don't know what to do. Lol. I don't have a lot of money to spend. Could you guys point me in a good starting direction?

Start with the location of the enclosure. Take down some dimensions and figure out how much space you have to play with. Then from there, you'll probably want to go with lumber construction, right? Maybe a waterproofed liner in the bottom? Glass front windows? Plexiglass?
