I live in south Texas working on a 12x12x5 enclosure for my blue tegu
On a normal day temperatures are high 80s to 90s
I’m sure some slate rocks would do just fine but

Only thing is
On over cast days or moderate temperatures how would I achieve a basking spot of 110-130

Obviously assuming I would use supplemental heating sources yes ??

Heating pads ?
Ceramic ?
Let me know guys I personally only house my reptiles outside for the convenience and the enrichment
