paludarium

I have been reading and it is said the tegu is a strong swimmer, so I wanted to build a paludarium (part water/part land) for my tegu. What information tips, suggestions (anywhere from water depth , to how to section off water, materials, etc.) would you guys/gals give.

hmm... that sounds like an interesting idea. post pics if you decide to build it!

(ill be keeping that in mind when i am able to get a tegu!!!!)

oh, and you can buy plastic ones- but the prices run pretty high.
