For the past week or 2 weeks my tegu has been sick or something when i feed him he starts shaking like he has the hiccups or something like his whole body moves like he has the hiccups.

DAMN!!! Your tegu has metabolic bone disease/ rickets. No calcium. Take him to a qualified vet that specializes in exotics ASAP and keep posted.
