You can use a website like Photo bucket or Flickr,.. copy and paste the IMG Code into your post and preview before posting. To make sure pics show up.

if you go to new reply there is an attachments section below the text box, you can upload from there and click insert into post or whatever it is. You can also get a link from a website the picture is on and use [img ] LINK [img ] but with out the spaces at the end... if that makes sense. lol. photobucket and tinypic.com have options to share the picture on a website and its already got the 'IMG' part built into the link.
