well im now 200% sure that my tegu is a female but the problem is i thought she was a he so i picked out s boys name now i want peoples opinion should i leave with the name nero or something else? im open to name suggestions also i. i want a name that would go good with achilles thats my males name that should be here this morning what do you think?

Well I read this story about Achilles pretending to be a girl, and under the name Pyrrha. If you wanted to stay within the same name. It might be neat, if you could pronounce it. lol. Just a suggestion. lol. . Heres the story. Or part of it anyhow.

Some post-Homeric sources claim that in order to keep Achilles safe from the war, Thetis (or, in some versions, Peleus) hides the young man at the court of Lycomedes, king of Skyros. There, Achilles is disguised as a girl and lives among Lycomedes' daughters, perhaps under the name "Pyrrha" (the red-haired girl).

Haha mr. Tegu those are the funnest names for your lizards. I like thouse names its funny!

If you are used to the name Nero you maybe can change it to Nera. I wasn't sure if our oldest Tegu was a boy or not when we got him as a hatchling but we named him Leonidas ( Leo ). We sad that if he turns out to be a female we will name her Lea. Here are some names for you to check out if you want to.
