Yellow coloring?

So I have a 3-4 month old baby blue tegu , it's colors are coming in nice but the spots on his back are yellow. Is this common?

My B&W has it, it's not common as far as I've seen.

I think it could because I feed it spirilina(sp) pills for coloring.

Its actually very common in most juvinile b/w tegus, havnt seen it in a blue that I know of, got any pics?
