Thanks very much, that's a good idea. Mine loves superworms unfortunately, he would eat only that if I let him. I will try scenting with superworms for a while.
I have a juvenile Blue. On day 1 he ate the reptilinks no problem. Since then, I have offered 3 or 4 times and he smells it, licks it, but won't eat it at all. Anybody else experience this with reptilinks?
A follow up question, mine is about 18 inches long and eating raw turkey, scrambled eggs, superworms, crickets. Is it ok to start offering small mice, not pinks but maybe fuzzies or hoppers? I'm afraid he will choke on it since he isn't that big yet. I intend to try a couple pinks first but...
Just curious about my baby blue. Do they usually start out more like a black and white and then turn more white as they age? I understand they are all different but in general.
Thanks
I know some of you use it. My tegu is about 16 inches long, Just a couple months old if that. What size and what kind do you recommend to order?
Thanks

Does anyone have a place where they purchased a cage for their Tegu? I can build one, but really don't want to to be honest. If I can find one for sale that meets needs, I would like to go that route. Any recommendations would be appreciated.
That makes sense. I will do my best to let him be. My concern is I only had him for about 4 or 5 days before he stopped coming out. He only are 2 or 3 times with me so I don't know if he knows I am the grocery store or not. I will just keep an eye on him.
Hello all. I am fairly new to the Tegu game, but not reptiles. I just got my first Blue a few days ago, he is about 16inches long, maybe 3 months old. He has eaten some scrambled eggs, and a few superworms so far. My question is should I bring him out of his hide to feed him everyday, or...
