    Super Reptile Show

I am ok with the trunk or on the roof.....just kidding. I wish my boys were old enough for reptile shows they are one and two and half years old. I can't wait to take them to a show and let them pick their first leopard gecko or beardie when they get older.....if they are anything like...

August-september......110 is a good day! I have worked on days when its 117.....its miserable. Another thing is around that time its 100 plus at 7am.

Another thing to try...do you own a tempgun? If so measure the surface during one of the 110 degree days we get here. It will be 140+ in the shade even though the air is only 110 in the shade. Certain monitors do okay outside here, with tegus it is just to dry. Even misting would be...

    bearded dragon help please.

    bearded dragon help please.

New water monitor....brace yourselves (tear jerker)

Much respect and props to you. I think this story would help with whole "reptiles aren't pets and people who have them are just looking for attention" debate. You obviously took her in because you care about her. Much like any "normal" person would with a sick, mistreated dog or cat...

    New....well sort of.

Hello, My name is Tony. I have been out of reptiles for the last 5 years with the exception of a pair of crested geckos. I am looking to get started again. Animals I have had or bred: Bearded dragons, ballpythons, leopard geckos, crested geckos, rosy boas, red tail boas, burms...

Looking for Ideas on the tegu give away contest?

How about any normal lizard/snake in the animals enclosure? Should it not be animal related? Pics of your kids and their first reptile experience? I have a ton of those, one of my happiest moments was when my 2 year old wanted to stay at the Komodo Dragon exhibit at the Phoenix Zoo. Like...
