belly lump

So, my tegu just started getting active again. However, he/she is only a yearling and has developed a lump in its belly. He/she's still eating healthily and up until one or two days ago was pooping normally.
I'm worried there might be an impaction, or maybe pregnant??

It's just below his ribs. It doesn't really show in photos, but I can feel it when I pet him. Also, he doesn't seem to be bothered by it when I push it around.

Can't be pregnant. I don't know what it is, but impaction is a possibility. that or a fatty tumor.I'd give it a day more for feeding/pooping. If neither are happening, then a trip to the vet would be in order. What is the substrate in the cage??
