I got a week old baby Tegu who has been eating 4 or 5 crickets a day, one day she also ate ground turkey and another day she also ate chicken gizzard. I have not seen any poop in her cage and it does not smell bad. I’m wondering if I missed it and it does not smell bad or if I need to be concerned.

Some fish oil in her food is good for skin and pooping. She's growing a lot now and will convert much of her food to growth. If eating well, I wouldn't be concerned.

I wouldn't be concerned .... She will extract all as goodness for herself to help aid fast growth as you've not fed her anything that has to be wasted e.g bones or fur.
