The coil bulbs are complete garbage. Trust me, I just went through all this crap with my enclosure. They've been proven to be harmful to reptiles eyes and there ultraviolet output is next to nothing. Theres a reason they're so cheap. Your best bang for your buck and highest quality is a mercury-vapor bulb. It takes care of all your tegu's light requirements in one single bulb, heat for basking, UVA and UVB. If your dead set on not using a mercury-vapor then go with a heat light + tube fluorescent combo.
