Just set it and forget it! Very easy to program, and very easy to wire. These little Jewels are even used in the wineries to control the temperatures of wine. With this you can keep all electrical out of the environment of the tegu. Just a simple temperature probe is taped inside. I use a small black Greenhouse that is generally used for cannabis. I don't lose moisture, I don't worried about. I have an inkbird hooked to two flat mats under the environment and I have 2 ceramic heating elements on another inkbird controlling the heat from above.

I have an InkBird too - and it works very well. I've had to throw out others that lose the settings over time. It makes sense to go with a greenhouse product, because they cannot afford to lose settings in that environment where they have so much invested in inventory.
