cut on blizzards mouth

hi, i was feeding my little guy today and noticed that he was licking mouth alot. they do that anyways tho lol. but he was licking a general spot on his mouth more. i looked at him closer and saw that there was what looked like to me a cut or a healed cut on his bottom jaw. i wold post pics but either of my cams can get close enough to show you anything.it doesent seem like mouth rot or anything and hes eating fine, it just seems like his mouth hurts. aside from checking on it and making sure he doesent get anything in it what else can i do for him?

i looked at a few posts and videos and it doesent seem like mouth rot but just in case it is would it hurt to try some of my medicine for it? i dont think it would hurt but id figure id ask first.

should i maybe take care of it before i put him down for hibernation? any suggestions at all?

If your worried about it enough you can always try a local herp vet to see what the issue is and if it needs any meds...cant help much or give other advice though without seeing a picture
