Anybody ever go fishing and feed raw largemouth bass or sunny or crappie or perch to your tegus? Would it be better cooked? This lake is very far I'n the woods,a private lake and it's clean so there should be no problems of sick fish.

The first thing that pops into my mind is parasites. Freshwater is still "wild water", no matter how clean. There are always flukes and such on the skin and in the flesh and organs. I don't know what sort of hazard that would be.

WhAt iF i scale it,gut it, clean it and slap it on the grill for a little while to make sure there's nothing on it?

Is it on a farm that is currently being farmed?

Not on a farm at all. It's a private lake back I'n the woods. A large lake,very beautiful area very full of wildlife
