Welp... tried to take chico out to feed today and he started to chase after my hand and licking it then when i pulled away out of the cage, he jumped off the top of his hide at me for at least a good half of this tank. how do i tame this down because this is the opposite way i wanna go wit him obviously

well, its kinda let checking if the computers plugged in, but did you wash your hands after handling his food? they have keen sense of smell. :p also, if you feed him straight from hand always, he may just associate it with food.

He's hungry and your moving hand is fair game. When they are like that, I don't mess with them in the cage. In other words, I go in for the quick catch, feed right away, and then handle. When they are young, I feed them every day as much as they will eat. That will keep some of the edge off.
