Good/Bad News

I plan on selling my lot of gu's, all except Sobek. I'm thinking of doing this because I have future plans to breed Sobek with a high white black and white female, I'd get some real nice blues out of it. I've been offered a high number for my reds and Bruce, and I've been sitting on the thought for a while now. It's a tough decision to make as I've had them for a long time. I'll probably keep Woody though, he's one that my younger brother wants. So as stated before, Sobek my blue would stay, while the others would be sold. With that money, I'd buy a b/w high white female or two, and breed them to my blue. I've hatched put red x bw before, as well as ordinary reds, sold them to my local pet store, so I have a good idea of how it all works.

I thought I'd post this thought here and see what you guys think. If I do end up breeding Sobek, the babies would def. Be posted on here.

I think that if you want to enjoy the breeding process without being overwhelmed and being able to purchase some for breeding that it makes sense. I know sometimes it is hard to make those type of decisions but you can find such awesome homes for them, I am sure of it! . I am getting my AA May/June and really want a BW and Blue as well and I know Sobek would get up some real nice tegus. I would get one for sure.

I'm going to think about it a little more and see what happens, in the long run, I know for sure that I will be breeding Sobek to some sort of female, most probably a b/w high white to produce (hopefully) some high hight blue x b/w babies. When that time comes, you'll definitely be notified, I've got you one my buddy list.

I think that is a good idea, take all the time you need to make sure it is something you want to do. Those decisions are not easy to make. I for sure look forward to being notified by you because I think they would be some beautiful Tegu's!
