ok my tegu is now 11 months old and hibanated last year between oct-feb and is now 32 inches from nose to the tip of his tail is he at a good size?

good size for my tegu so far?

Sounds about right. Keep in mind they grow in spurts, don't think your tegu is stunted or a mutant giant if other GUs of a similar age are different sizes. Post some pictures if you get a chance, we love to see tegus around here.

That seems fine, they all grow at different rates. Diet and hibernation/burmation can effect growth as well as genetics. Yes pics! We love to "oooh" and "awwwe"
