ok so im buying a red tegu, but i have never seen one like this i thought they all had some black on them, not that im complaining she is very pretty just wundered if there are others like her??

Almost all of them are like that. They have a bit of black when they're hatchlings.

lol. cool didnt know as ive not seen many reds in fact none in live form. even pictures of older reds apear to be black with red on them

My Red, Eva, has patches of black just behind her fore legs. From the pictures I have seen, I am thinking that red's can go both ways.

Colors in Reds vary just like any other tegu from dark black and red to red almost peachy color and white. Wil has Reds in a variety of colors.
