I wasn't aware of that, I do remember skimming over something about shipping laws but I thought it wasn't in effect until 2013 I don't know why. I guess if he is shipped it will have to be within California, thanks for the info. If you know a link about this shipping law can you send it to me? I'll look for it, so just send it if you already know it, thanks.
